Return Policy
General Terms
United Euro will accept returns for new/unused products that are normally stocked within 30 days from the time that order leaves our warehouse. If a product is returned within 30 days of the original ship date you are eligible for a refund to the original payment method used. Any returns made within the remaining return policy frame will qualify for an United Euro in house credit only. All in house credits are good for 1 year after the original purchase date. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and fees. United Euro will not accept COD returns. All new/unused products must be new, unused and must be in the original packaging. This includes all products undamaged with manuals, labels, stickers, packing material, etc. A restocking fee may be applied to any returned item that is not regularly stocked, or any order returned after 30 days. Returns on non-stocking items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. NO returns on international orders.
Fitment Issues
If you wish to return a product that does not fit your vehicle and you feel that there is an error in our listing or description, please submit a return by contacting us at info@united-euro.com. Our customer service team will review your request, investigate the cause of the problem, and make any corrections that are needed. In the event that we find an error on our website or on behalf of an United Euro representative, we will provide a label for your return. Replacement orders will be shipped only to the address used on the original order. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
United Euro will only send a new or exchanged product out once the original product is received and inspected by our return department. Customers are responsible for checking the product application guide prior to ordering any product(s) to verify that the parts you have selected are appropriate for your vehicle. To ensure that you are ordering the correct products you must select your vehicle prior to ordering. If at any moment you feel an order was made incorrectly, please email us at info@united-euro.com.
Return Eligibility
Products ineligible for return but not limited to:
*Opened Electrical components (sensors, ECU, DME, tuning software, switches, etc.)
*Normal wear and tear items (clutch components, brake components, liquids, etc.)
All other product returns are subject to the United Euro return policy (see General Terms above). All returns will be handled on a case by case basis.
Warranties
In some cases a product may carry a warranty on select parts. It is up to the discretion of the manufacturer and United Euro to complete the warranty for the customer. United Euro is not responsible for any manufacturer warranty. United Euro offers a 1 year warranty from date of purchase on parts that are eligible for a warranty and will be noted in the description of the product. Parts that ship outside the United States of America do not carry a warranty unless noted.
